- Performing direct insurance operations in various fields of life and non-life insurance based on the activity license issued by the Central Insurance of Iran
- Acquisition of reinsurance coverage from inside or outside the country in relation to insurance policies issued according to the rules of Central Insurance of Iran
- Accepting reinsurance from a domestic or foreign insurance company within the relevant regulations
- Investment through technical and legal reserves in accordance with the criteria approved by the Supreme Insurance Council
